We built AmenityResy because we lived the problem.
Every one of us has lived in a multifamily apartment building. We’ve been the resident hunting for an open gym slot at 6am, the neighbor scrolling through three group chats to figure out who has the rooftop tonight, the friend texting the super on a Saturday just to ask about the laundry room.
The problem
Amenity sharing shouldn’t be a guessing game.
In one of our buildings, the rooftop schedule lived on a clipboard in the lobby. People crossed names out. Times got smudged. Half the time someone showed up to a slot they’d “reserved” and found a different name in pen.
