Cheapest per unit
Graduated pricing: each tier's rate applies only to units in that range — your first 10 are at $1.75, units 11–20 at $1.65, and so on. A separate $5 platform fee is charged for every tier you have units in. So a 35-unit portfolio (which reaches 4 tiers) adds 4 × $5 = $20 in platform fees on top of the per-unit charges.

Common questions
What counts as a "unit"?
One unit = one apartment / condo / townhouse. We size your subscription by the total unit count across every building you manage. Add a new building later and your subscription auto-adjusts.
Is the 90-day trial actually free?
Yes. Full access, no charge for 90 days. Card on file at signup so there's no interruption when the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you're never charged.
What happens when I grow past my tier?
Automatically. Pricing is graduated: add 5 units to a 48-unit building and your first 10 stay at the original rate while the next tier applies to the additions. No cliffs.
Are there setup fees or hardware costs?
Zero. No smart locks, no tablets, no kiosk. If your building has wifi, you're set.
