What counts as a "unit"?
One unit = one apartment / condo / townhouse. We size your subscription by the total unit count across every building you manage. Add a new building later and your subscription auto-adjusts.
Is the 90-day trial actually free?
Yes. Full access, no charge for 90 days. Card on file at signup so there's no interruption when the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you're never charged.
What happens when I grow?
You don't hit any tiers — there aren't any. Add 5 units, you pay 5 more dollars. That's the whole model. Your subscription auto-adjusts when unit counts change.
Are there setup fees or hardware costs?
Zero. No smart locks, no tablets, no kiosk. If your building has wifi, you're set.
When does billing start, and how do I cancel?
Nothing is charged for 90 days. On day 90 your first monthly payment begins automatically (your unit count × $1 + the $5 service fee). Cancel anytime — before or after the trial — in one click from your billing page. Cancel before day 90 and you are never charged at all. No cancellation fees, no phone call, and you can export your data on the way out.
